I'm weaker than I thought! haha ![]()
But seriously, I followed my schedule,and was so beat after the first hour of push-ups that I ended up doing the reps every other hour instead of every hour. It's easier said than done, I admit, but I'm still going to stick with it. I plan to do 30 push-ups every other hour (for 4 hours) every other day, until I become a bit stronger, and then I can go proceed with the schedule I posted earlier in my blog.
Surprisingly, my arms aren't as sore as I thought they'd be. I'm happy because, while I was weaker than I thought I was, I was also stronger than I thought I was. If that makes any sense?
Well I'm saying that confusing statement because, while I did less than I thought I could, I only couldn't get myself up once! I'm proud ![]()

Runnings tiring but I can do it without being sore later. It was so hot though.
