Tomorrow, I'll continue my normal game blogging, and talk about the issues on my mind in the industry. However, today, I'd like to say Congratulations to the 44th President of the United States of America, Barak Hussein Obama. I can't speak for all America, but I think many would agree that this is a historic moment, and a sign that, no matter how hard the road seems, it gets better.

Congratulations, Mr. President.

I'll be the first foreign president, you know. I've read it in my tea leaves. Although it also says 100% Porcelain. I'm not entirely sure what to make of that.

Indeed. That was a great speech.

It is historic - I wish him all the luck in the world and I will pray for him.

But even more than that I will pray for this nation.

While I hope he is up to this job, he had less than exemplary marks in his city and state positions. But he had friends and ran unopposed mostly. The one time he ran against someone he lost.

I mean John McCain and Sarah Palin - is that not practically the same as running unopposed

I still think he was the better choice between the two, but I would have voted for Hillary Clinton if I had been able to take my first choice. She was my pick in the Democrat primary

I know it is still sorta unreal that we have a new President that people actually believe in. Times are going to get rough but as our new President says " Yes We Can" and yes we will. That was an awesome speech especially the part about how we will once again take the lead. Nice little jab at Bush.
