I don't care about "brand loyalty", it's an idea invented by marketing suits to get simpletons to spend more money on them. If there's a single game worth playing then who cares who made the platform. A game is either good or it isn't. A great game for the NES is superior to a pathetic game for the xbox. If a game blows but utilizes the latest technology then it still blows..
These words are wisdom, heed them well.
I will own every console some day. I'll buy a Saturn just for Virtua Cop 2. Loyalty is for friends and family, not for corporations and trademarks. Great games can have my respect and no more. Hype is not a basis for judgement, screenshots are not the measure of a game.
