I agree. He or she doesn't have to be rude. He/she can tell his/her opinion but he/she could stop making everyone sound like an idiot. Because of what he/she said i'm questioning my reasons for watching The X-Files.

Do not question your reasons for watching just because of him/her! You can watch for whatever reason you want. I prefer to pretend that Seasons 8 and 9 never happened, but I would never put down someone who loved those two seasons.

And, X-Greek, I totally agree with you. I posted again in that thread in regards to him/her. You can have intelligent conversation without saying that you are a bigger fan than another person.

I've stopped questioning its just for a short time after reading that i just started. Also i like seasons 8 and 9 somewhat i thought that i wouldn't like them at all but i did however i missed Mulder.

Thank God I'm not the only one. I can't stand people who are patronizing like Nebuchanezzer. They are just plain rude and I usually just try to ignore them but I'm having a confrontational day so if anyone pisses me off watch out! I watch X-Files because it is a great show. I think that's the only reason I need.

omg, i'm not a x-files fan apparently and i'm dumb:
- i watch the show for the wrong reasons because i like comedy episodes and i say what i feel;
- i didn't watched x-files when it started cause i was only 2/3years old, so i'm not an expirient fan, therefore, i'm not a fan;
- i'm dumb because i play stupid games!!
so, how can i igonre that?! i can't and as sarah says i always try on these matters, but i'm a little pissed right now!...

Don't ever take someone's word for real! I know people like them and they are pathetic, not you! If that person (or anyone else) cannot respect someones opinion, than he's even not worht it to spend any time to it.
Believe in yourself and keep doing wath you think is the best to do( without harming other people)!
