The way I understand it is, first you need the episode or movie of whatever your going to dub on your computer. Bring it up in Windows Movie Maker (a free program that is on every Windows computer but you may have to search for it on your computer the same way you would look for a file on your compuer) and load up the video clip. After that just use the narrator function and dub it yourself. I'm not sure how to get rid of the audio on the clip (I think if you right click on the clip you can adjust the volume of the said clip). Nothing to it really, the hardest part is just finding the video clip you want and getting the timing right on the dubbing.
