make sure to PM me here at TVcom, subject: "Avatar refuge name" and tell me either "I have signed up" if you using same name, or "I signed up as NAME YOU USED" if it is a different name than one you have at TVcom; that way I can be sure people asking for validation are who they say they are
you have to be at least level 3, preferably level 5, and in some cases being recommended by a refuge member
