I was watching the History Channel at about 1AM EST and saw William Shatner (yes, of Star Trek fame) sitting in a black robe on a white screen talking too softly for me to hear. I didn't really pay attention as a lot of his commercials annoy me.
That stopped as soon as the first bit of Warcraft footage flashed on screen. I grabbed the remote and turned up the volume in time to hear him ask about how to shoot lightning bolts from his hands. The commercial finished with him saying "I'm William Shatner, and I'm a Shaman" followed by the Warcraft website info and an offer to try it for free.
Maybe I'm missing something, but since when did Captain Kirk start selling video games?

......Mr. T as well?...........Who else is in this campaign? What other crusty relics have they dug up to try and inspire middle-aged men to partake in the online madness that is WoW?
I've got nothing against T, (just the internet memes) but if it wasn't for having older brothers, I'd have no idea who he was.
Oh, and if somebody finds them on Youtube, please link so I can see this for myself. I doubt the ads are showing in Australia.

I prefered the Mr.T one myself. I actually found it quite humorous. Shatner was alright though. I wouldnt mind knowing if they convinved anyone else to flog of WoW though. Still I have never played WoW and even the power of Mr.T will not convince me otherwise.

The Mr. T bit is better, but knowing Shatner's personality (they guy recorded a music album with Leonard Nimoy, how much more eccentric can you get?), I fully expect to run into the guy in-game.
