A Non stop comedy movie.

The start was a bit odd with the ice cream shop shootout and the way they (Copeland's) acted.

Once it got into the main story line it was easy to follow and had endless laughs in it.

Everyone in the movie has trouble trying to shoot each other, even with firing automatic weapons at almost point blank range for a few minutes. To top this off, people run closer and into the open, away from cover - Amazingly, not many people get shot.

The Knife fights in the movie look heavily acted and along with the rest of the movie are not interesting.

The story line itself, seems to be an attempt at throwing a few bond movie idea's together and hoping for the best.

A Fantastic action movie, from the chain of die hard series. It has the normal action, destruction and explosion as the others had – but updated to modern times.

A nice theme to the movie was the huge use of technology. The main plot was based around the use of computers & gadgets.

It was an interesting and creative team up with, an NYPD Detective (Bruce Willis - John McClane) out of touch with technology, teamed up with a 'geeky' hacker (Matt Farrell - Justin Long).

Together they battle the bad guys, with Farrell confusing and losing McClane with each technology acronym and reference and McClane handing out justice, McClane style (Hand to hand combat and plenty of guns).

An interesting movie based in the future, where normal soldiers are replaced by genetically stronger ones.

The main story line was good, but a few sub story lines started and just disappeared, which was a bit of a shame, as there was plenty of potential for them (Such as spider pig). Another down side was the lack of screen time for non Simpson family characters, it would have been great to see many of the other characters of Spring Field having a bit more screen time and lines.

The first part of the movie was done well, building up the story line of the characters in present time with the genetic changes, but did lack some information about there history with each other. The CG (Computer generated) content of the movie was done nicely and ensured things looked good.

The movie did seem to lack length though, as building up the story of how they got there powers and learning how to use them, didn't leave to much time for them to fight the bad guy - it would have been nice to see them battle the villain for longer and use their powers in more ways - with a longer movie.

It was interesting to see a person added into a computer game and forced to play the game. This involved risking himself as the actual player inside the game against other opponents.

The graphics and idea of the movie are good for the time it was made (1982), when computer games where very simple and didn't involve much complexity.

The action of 'The One' was good and the special effects where nice to look at, but there was not too much in the area of a plot.

It was interesting watching Jet Li fight/battle Jet Li, both with above natural strength and skills, backed with fancy special effects. The drawback of The One came with the repetition of the prison area and the movie moving along slowly at the start; as the majority of the action doesn't happen until the final two begin to battle each other.

A quality movie, staring two big names, Sean Connery and Nicolas Cage. The movie includes plenty of action, backed when an excellent plot.

The movie has a fair bit of action, in the future where violent acts are no longer apart of every day life and guns are a thing of the past.

It was a nice story line to have the two 'heavy weights' of 'good' and 'evil' battling each other out in the future, where guns are only held in museums and the city is their 'play ground'.

The automatic device that fines people for swearing was a very comical and showed the learning curve that went with being frozen and then unfrozen in the future.

An excellent older action movie - full of big guns and lots of shooting.

This movie is the one stop shop for action, with Stallone and Kurt Russell fighting along side each other, to take revenge on the person who set them up. Some of the special effects may be older looking, but many of them are well done.

As with most movies staring these two, there are plenty of comedy elements when they are not shooting up a person or building.

The setting is done extremely well in this movie, the boat is a confined area and outside is not much better - being dark and murky, with the water being a dangerous place with something in it. This really gives the feeling there is no escape and only death awaits, keeping you in suspense as they try to find what to do and a way to do it.

The aspects of the movie showed what little could be done to stop one once it had gone off in a city were done well. These also would be things that would be considered – so there was a sense of realism in the movie in regards to attempts to stop the spread of the lava.

In this amazing movie, there is Sci-fi combined with action, along with the standard comedic lines added in by characters at key points in the movie.

Any Sci-fi fan should see this movie as you get to see the people from earth exploring another galaxy and world - starting up an intergalactic war that leads on into the series.

The plot of the movie also seemed to jump from one scene to another scene, without fully connecting and flow smoothly. All round it’s a movie you may watch once, but not something you would really see again as there’s not to much to this movie.

The idea and theme of the Groundhog Day was well thought out and gives an insight into what one person would do in the situation, ranging from doing things without consequence to going crazy from repeating the same day over and over again.

It also gave Phil the chance to get to know people that he wouldn't normally have time to do so and gives him a new perspective on the way he lives his life.
