6 in a row, this video is great fun for any Auburn fan, one of the best times I've ever had at a football game.

So I gave the Rockies too much credit thinking the series would go six. The difference in talent between the NL and the AL is quite staggering. If you look around though that has become very common in professional sports. The West is considerably better than the East in the NBA, the AFC is much stronger than the NFC in the NFL as well.
Also, its looking like the Astros will be not so good for at least another two seasons. Brad Lidge is better but still shaky. After Roy-O we still don't have any starting pitching. Even with the addition of Carlos Lee this past season our offense struggled. Our bullpen could use another arm or two at least...we need a right fielder...a short stop that can hit...a third baseman...Biggio retired...wow. On the bright side there isn't much in the free agent market (At least that the Astros are willing to afford) to help out and because of awful management our farm system is scarce for talent.
The Texans...they started strong but have fallen off considerably since then. Looks like another two years for them too before you can really hope for a top tier team (two years AT BEST). At least the Rockets will be above average, won't compete for the Championship, at least they'd be a dark horse for it though.
Now onto my school. Auburn football is doing well. Considering how many young players we have been starting all year Auburn fans have to be happy with the way the team has played. If we can pull out wins against Georgia and the Mullets it would a resoundingly successful season. Basketball will be fairly average, and baseball has continued to get really good recruiting classes, so hopefully we see the fruits of that soon.
Its been forever since I've posted, I may post an update later, but maybe not. Real quick though I wanted to get down a world series prediction before it starts.
I was a season off on the Indians success, but thats neither here nor there. I predict that the Red Sox will win in 6 games. Take it to the bank and remember you heard it here first...unless I'm wrong, then you didn't hear it here at all.
