Got my copy first day. Been busy to blog, and stuff. I've had the game for a total 48 hours or so. Got around 23 hours put into it.
It's a great remake, even though they re-changed some of the key items you get in the old games. ( Sand Ruby,Bomb Ring,etc. ) The voice acting is really good, but they made Edward's face look a little like Sephiroths. Cecil Paladin form looks a lot more girly. ( x_x. ) D. Knight Cecil looks even cooler in 3-D though.
I would go buy it if you haven't.

I'm really spoiled with Final Fantasy XII, where there's no grinding or random encounters. Makes games like FFIII and FFIV hard for me to play

Minish: I love to level grind...So for me, yes. Maybe not if you want to play through the story line though.
