HA! I actually managed to work a Darla quote into my title! I feel all proud of myself now .

So, yeah I haven't blogged in months. Mainly cause of my exams and also I haven't really been in the blogging mood recently either but I felt like it tonight and blogged!

So yeah exams all over YAY! They weren't as completely awful as I thought but still sucked with all the studying. I'm not sure how well I did but I am hoping for a few A's as I really did study hard for some subjects and will be disappointed if I don't do well. And I really want an A in History because I learnt everything so, so, so well but I made a big mistake in a question that will cost me 6 marks at the very least, so I was all sad and dejected after that . But French and Spanish went just amazingly well so that kinda cheered me up. Chemistry, let's just say it was an epic fail but MEH that bitca of a teacher is outta my life so I don't care! Soooo happy to be off for summer.

I have also been watching loads of TV recently which has been awesome!

Finished Veronica Mars. I was so sad it was over for days after, I just completely loved it all (though looking back Season 3 was not as good as the first 2 seasons) and can't remember loving a show this much since I started watching Buffy and Angel. I'll mostly miss Veronica, I seriously could just watch a show where she sits down and talks the whole episode, she is just too awesome. And I'll miss Keith and Logan and Wallace and Mac too . Bleh I hope whoever cancelled it is.. not in serious pain.. but in like some small pain. The finale was just completely amazing, I know they didn't have time to answer all the questions but I was satisfied with it and the last shot with Veronica walking off in the rain was just so perfect.

Dexter Season 3 has really picked up from the slightly slow first 3/4 episodes and am completely loving it at the moment. Only 2 episodes to go, the last episode I seen was "Go Your Own Way" or something like that, wow Miguel Prado is manipulative and intelligent. And he got the Skinner to kidnap Dexter I was all . I can't wait to see how it all turns out, I know it'll be good (Dexter rarely disappoints me). I am of course loving Rita this season, Julie is as amazing as ever and I'm happy that she's getting more scenes and I like her friendship with Syl (please can they keep Syl on next season?). The only thing I'm not liking is the Deb/Anton relationship, it just doesn't work for me at all! Think she is far better with her partner guy, Quinn I think he's called? I would rather she went out with him but overall I'm not too fussed.

Also rewatching Dollhouse as it airs in the UK, it works so much better as a 40 minute show, they had to cut down on 10 minutes I believe and the whole thing just feels more fast paced than before. I've actually liked most episodes more than when I first seen them (except Stage Fright and True Believer which I didn't like as much). And I seriously love Eliza the more I watch it, she is just sooo hot and I know some have problems with her acting but I actually think she is great and love Echo more than them all except Adelle (the boss lady). AND I converted my mum and sister to it and now they both watch it! My mum in unsure about it, though she was impressed with Man On The Street and my sister loves it, I think she likes it more than Buffy/Angel (she never loved them really I think). I'm actually surprised my sister loves it, thought she'd hate it but YAY for converting people to Whedon shows!

Speaking of Whedon shows, I started watching Firefly as well . I thought I'd be disappointed cause I've heard so much good things but I really love it, halfway through it now and it's just so so so good! I love the whole idea of it and even though it's sci-fi, I love that it is all about people (Joss just does characters so well) and I love all the cast, especially Kaylee, Mal and Inara. I actually think Kaylee is one of my fave Joss characters (which is weird cause I didn't much like her in the pilot episodes), she's just so IDK.. sweet? She reminds me of Fred (but I think I love her more than Fred, though I do love Fred). Blah, Fox are evil for cancelling it but I'll forgive them cause they renewed Dollhouse.

Also started ANOTHER Buffy rewatch, why is it that it never gets old? I always get the urge to rewatch it every few months, it's like an addiction, I'm so pathetic .

So yeah to sum up TV = awesome.

I went to see the new Transformers movie last night and omg it was SOOOOOOOOO BORING. The only good thing about it was Megan Fox, the rest I hated. I'm all for cool special effects but there's only so much explosions I can take. And it was far too long as well and the story sucked IMO. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

AAAAH my exams start in 6 days and I am seriously stressing out. My French speaking exam is first and my studying just isn't going well, I don't them as well as I should. Think I'm going to have to find a new technique. I hate exams, they should all be banned.

So anyway I have all this revision to do and the Chemistry Beast decided to give us a class test. She is seriously awful. I mean WTF? Who adds to the revision pile? The test was really difficult (although I didn't even look at my notes so that's to be expected) and I predict ugly death on Monday. And she asked me this really hard question the other day and it took me ages to figure out and she goes "Yes OBVIOUSLY" at the end. She's just vile, only one more week of her to go YAAAAH.

But in positive news, I have been watching 3 great shows this week and one crap one!

Dollhouse was excellent this week for me. I know some were a bit disappointed it went back to standalone and I was a bit as well but Haunted was the best standalone episode by a mile for me.

The 'case of the week' was actually interesting. I love the idea of someone solving their own murder and seeing what people really thought of them. I have to hand it to Eliza- she was just fantastic this week, definitely her best performance. She really got into the role and she played the lady perfectly. She has a few rough moments but I'm still confident that if the show gets another season (but it probably won't ) she will become consistently great. And she looked STUNNING all episode. Like I was amazed by her hotness.

Topher scenes were awesome, I love that we're finding out more and more about the characters. He's clearly so lonely and there was just something really sad about his scenes tonight. He's like a more human version of Andrew from BtVS or something.

The Paul/Mellie scenes were very good. He's clearly feeling disgusted with himself for what he's doing but can't stop doing it cause he needs to expose the Dollhouse. And I found it so eerie how when they searched Mellie's prints, all these names came up and then just disappeared.

Adelle is still my favourite character. We seen more sides to her again this week and I believed the friendship between her and .. the character Eliza was playing. I've just blanked on her name haha. And Boyd scenes were good as well, it's so obvious how attached he is to Echo. I see potential for a Buffy/Giles type relationship there.

So 8/10 from me, cannot WAIT for next week, looks like it's gonna be AWESOME.

Dexter returned tonight . And it (as always) a fantastic episode!

Dexter killing that guy was shocking, never seen it coming. He's usually so cool and calm but he just lost it tonight and I predict another season of dodging and lying ahead. Sounds great .

But it's the characters that still interest me most. Dexter/Rita relationship is getting stronger and OMG hot Julie Benz sex scenes a-plenty! She is really the perfect woman, I wish I could meet her *sigh* And Rita's pregnant!!! I already knew but still I am very happy. Dexter offspring will be so weird and awesome. And how good were the Cody/Dexter scenes, like a real family.

Debs was great here, I like that she's getting so confident again and it's obvious she'll get with that bald guy. Anything has to be better than the awful Deb/Lundy thing last season, never once bought it.

That new guy Prado is interesting. I don't get him at all but I think that's the point, he's just randomly popped up. I've heard some rumours about him but I dunno what's going to happen really.

Of course LaGuerta was back, being ANNOYING again. I have never liked her and she just earned my hate again. Why take Debs off the case? She made a huge breakthrough but no, that btch is off ruining things. Let's hope she dies soon.

Fantastic episode (thank God Lila has gone, I did not miss her. Not even a little bit), 9/10 from me!

Veronica Mars is still awesome. It's already in top 5 all time shows, I can see it making top 3. I am up to episode 14 of Season 2 now.

The bus crash mystery is good but I'm just not feeling it like I did with the Lilly Kane murder case. I think it's cause of the bus crash kids, I only knew Meg and seeing as she's dead now, I ain't that emotionally involved. I'm looking forward to the reveal of who caused it though. I suspect Sheriff Lamb but don't tell me!

Veronica is still awesome, I honestly think she may be my 3rd favourite TV character ever. I just love her. Wallace is awesome, and I've really warmed to Jackie (hated her at the start), she's becoming really likeable. And Logan is my 2nd favourite, I think he's hilarious. And plus, he is the reason Kendall gets scenes and Charisma Carpenter is back on screen! And LOL how amazing was the scene between Charisma and Alyson Hannigan? Like having Buffy back a little bit. And Mac is so awesome, get her more episodes! And her and Beaver make a great couple, Dick is sucha jerk for saying those things at the funfair but he got his comeuppance haha.

And I LOVED the Meg's baby storyline. It was just so intense and plus it got rid of Duncan! . I just never liked him or the Veronica/Duncan relationship. Poor Meg though .

So season 2 is really amazing so far, can't wait to watch the rest.

So after all this positivity, I now have to inject some negativity to balance things..

Last episode of Heroes I watched was Into Asylum and it was just positively DIRE. And I mean really, really bad. Unbelievably boring and pointless, it seemed to go on forever. It was so bad I forgot about the episode the week after. And that leads me to..

I'm quitting Heroes. I hate most of the characters and it's such a chore to watch now. If you told me that all the characters were going to explode and die, I wouldn't care. And I just can't watch it anymore. So that's, I'm out. I've been giving it too many chances.
