I went to the shops today. Grabbed some stuff. Slayer's 1988 album 'South of Heaven' for $16 at JB, Stephen King's 'The Shining' for $20 at the book shop, QBD I think it's called. And I picked up Prey for $20 at Big W, so that was a cool find.

South of heaven. The Shining, Prey

While I was hanging around at the other Shopping Centre, talking to the girl I used to work with who now works in Rebel Sport, I found these pants. I figured I need a new (and at the least decent) pair of trackpants, got them for $45. She gave me a discount.

Pants

They're pretty comfy and South of Heaven is good. I spent $101 in a day. I think that's the most of spent in one day. It's weird how the money just disappears like that. But I shouldn't be needing anymore pants anytime soon.

Finally you got The Shining. Just taken you, what, 3 months?

Yeha I'm still not going to read it for a while. Got a few others I need to read, but it seemed like a good price so why not?

Should've saved it for this months pick-up.

Felt like doing it anyway, I probably won't be buying much else for the month anyway.

Always good to have a pair of track-pants handy.

Definately, all I have for going out are 2 pairs of jeans and then 2 old pairs of track pants that I don't like wearing out.

Epic win on The Shining. Hey, random question about the paper.. Does it feel really thin to you? Because I have two SK books that are published the same. One is 900 pages and it has really thin paper, and the other is around 400 and has normal paper.

Well this has 497 pages and it feels kind of thin. Not like bible paper thin but it seems to be fairly normal.
