Ive been a gamer for a long time and played on platforms like comandore64 and nintendo back in the days, I enjoy most kind of games, even though I get more and more picky of what games im getting and spending my time on.

Being picky about what you play is something that I would think come with age and experience, if you played good games you dont want to play bad games, but ive also notice that alot of people use the negative pickyness on the internet forums and where ever they can ventilate their oppinion. the difference of saying that something is great or bad, is that saying that something is bad or even suck makes you first of look like you know what you are talking about and secondly you most likely get notices, and that something people like, even though people dont agree with them getting notices for something one done is a feeling for success.

I for one dont mind if this blog will get notices and maybe i will get credited for what i write here, and that would make me somewhat happy, but my main goal is to get out a statement,

When it comes to games, "People" isnt far away of spewing their critique on a game they may have little or no information on at all. On the internet this is mostly results of flamewars of if its good or not months maybe even years before the games is released. even though that is not the issue I find that the topic of the graphics is. "people" base their oppinion of a game sorely on the graphics itself.

Now, graphics may be the first thing that sets a feeling of the game, but its far from the most importent thing of a game, and anyone who may say otherwise i cant imagen that they having anything to say that may ever intrest me.

the Reason why I now write this blog is cause i have this annoyans of reading, wherever I go reading about people who always know better than the developers after reading a bit of the game or see picture. and ofcourse knows that this wont work. a very good example of this is fallout3, I like reading comments about games and discussion, but this childish discussions was too much for me. and i felt i wanted to give every little **** in every topic or news a flick on their noses for being so moronly stupid. game was released and sure, Ive seen one or two haters after that, but the general thought about is that its a good game. do people learn from this? im sure most of the forgot about what the felt about it before it was released the second they found another game to complain about.

Seriously. what is wrong people!?

This kind of elitism seems to be somewhat accepted by everybody else or it turns into senseless flaming over boards.
also notices how throlls have come of this who just enters discussions or starts them coming with stupid ideas just flaming for the fun of it.

back to graphics. thats something that every nubblet (noob) seem to be able to comment on. they are rather clueless when it comes to actuall gameplay, but if the graphics is good, well thats all the reason need to buy the game.

Like crysis, that sure had some cool action ideas, but its the same over and over, sry, didnt play it, ive played through warhead though heard it was suppose to be better. same was with farcry made by the same game, they sure know how to make game engines but the games is more or less a showreel for the engine.

What i do like however is the arcade games that swarms us today, with mobile gaming platforms like psp, gameboys and even iphones, more and more people seem to actually enjoy simpler games.
Also flashgames have exploded and can be just as enjoyable as any pc games. 360 have arcade games downloadable and playable right into the box. no need using all that hardware you can still enjoy and 2d game.

Im not suprised their are still people who may refuse even the idea of playing these way awfally simple games with low tech graphics. aswell as i bet it will be those who play this find time as funny andchallengingas any top notch game but still rage on forums about how sucky the game will be since its have graphics worse tan games of 1-2 years back.

I now looking for solution to solve OUR problem with childish and mindless elitism that flourish the net. How to stop imature people setting the standards of how to talk about games that every game community drowns in. I am sick of it and i cant stand it
