So in my last blog, I believe that I stated that I bought Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. Well I didnt manage to open it out of the case, so after seeing "Surrogates" I took it back to Gamestop and put the money from it towards a preorder for New Super Mario Bros Wii. I never played the New Super Mario Bros, so I have no clue what to expect but I decided to put my money towards it because its been so long since I played a Wii game. I also will get to play co-op in it with one of my roommates so it will be a fantastic experience hopefully (I love a lot in competitive games, so I need to stay away from those, well except in fighters!).
Speaking of movies, I saw two movies (well technically three) this weekend.
Surrogates
There arent any good pictures for it. On my rating, I gave it a 4 out of 5.Surragates was actually pretty good for a Fall movie. Bruce Willis really took his role to heart and made it an excellent experience. From my viewing of the film, I must say that it seemed like the source material was excellent and that it was action packed. The movie itself was too and had great parts with the robotic surrogates and a consipracy thats roots lie within several entities. Actually one of the villains was a plot twist that surprised me greatly. There was never a dull scene and you find yourself rooting for Bruce Willis. A great film, that people should definitely make an attempt to see.
Toy Story and Toy Story 2 3D Double Feature (it was my first time seeing Toy Story 2)

It was an excellent film choice double offering. The middle intermission session with random facts/scenes from toy story and toy story 2 were great with the voice overs from Toy Story Characters. Seeing them in 3D was awesome with the 2nd film having the better 3D effects, while the first Toy Story being the superior one in terms of the actual movie. The second one was good but it just wasnt as great as Toy Story 1. The bloopers at the end of Toy Story 2 though, felt as if they were just taken from the DVD, to be honest. Pixar/Disney really stepped the movie up in 3D, though at the sacrifice being the fact that you cant see the movie without the glasses on, it was just so blurry and nearly like triple vision even, that it would be painful. It was different than some of their other films, like UP, in which in the 3D showing the on screens images just had fuzzy outlines. This is a must see movie event.
