What's new?

My Xbox 360 is dead.

I'm kinda stuck with my DS and my old consoles...

Please I want some news from you. Leave a comment.

well then... thats a pretty terrible way to enjoy such a day.

Hopefully everything gets worked out on that end, because I'm on my 2nd 360 and still loving the lil monster. You would think hardware failure could fuel hatred, but in my case it reminded me just how much I used it for my media pleasures (music, movies, games, messaging and such)

As for news, I'm working like a dog and its all for the games

Honestly, I'm tryin to move to a better area, so extra cash could be a major help. Its gonna take some time, but I'm thinking saving would be much easier if I had a few solid games to hold me over. Maybe Burnout Paradise, CoD4, and adventure/rpg game would be nice... but I'm still watching the used games shelf for a hidden gem.

Anything good on the DS worthing picking up? I hear Prof. Layton is pretty fun, that is if yer a hardcore puzzle fan who enjoys light hearted animation 30 bucks for a game like that doesn't sound too bad...

Hello!

Yeah. I know what you mean. I miss playing my 360 right now. I just can't wait to get it repaired or replaced... I just need some extra cash... should come in a few weeks...
So i'm playing a lot of DS right now. I finally finished Dawn of Sorrow so i'm picking up what I had left on Pokemon Pearl.
It's fun. Whatever you might think of the pokemon world, you have to admit that the games are fun and kinda addictive. The last game I got on the DS is Contra 4 and it's the best Contra i've played in years. Really good. Still tough to beat. Gotta be a Contra expert to master a Contra game. But i'm not saying it's impossible... it's just enough challenging.

Personally, i'm not really interested into Prof. Layton but it seems critics and people appreciate it so if I were you, I would trust them.

Next DS game I want is Planet Puzzle League. I love that kind of puzzle games. In fact, the Tetris Attack/Puzzle League/Panel de pon, whatever you want to call it, is my favorite puzzle game of all time.

critcis don't really sell me on games and such... sometimes when they say negative things it almost makes me more interested, but then again I say that for good stuff too

be warned, any content yer 360 has from downloads such as arcade games and DL game content might not work with a new console unless yer hooked up online. I don't always have my stuff plugged in, so all DL goodies offline are a no-go...

Good thing ya got a DS to hold you over. If you can check it out for cheap, Dementium was well done. Short and simple, but impressive for a DS game none the less. Speaking of high caliber DS games... I might have to find that Contra4 and remind myself just how much I enjoy being frustrated
