CFL's (Canadian Football Leauge) 95th Grey Cup final champions
All Hail the SASKACHEWAN ROUGHRIDERS! ![]()
Not home for me specifically, but a good team that has been in the toilet for years, and my second favorite team in the leauge. When will a CFL game come out (with all nine of it's teams....)

Yeah, it was really cool to see. The Riders' fans have followed them RELIGIOUSLY for years, even over the past decade of abysmal performances (the league's whuppin post). The fans are crazy, too, they travel hundreds of kilometers to be at games all over the country, and they're totally A-1, class-act stuff! It was great to see TWO teams in the final that have been at the bottom for so long, and it wasn't a blowout like the game traditionally is. Fun stuff!
We had Ricky Williams up here for a while, and he was more useless up here than he was down there! My city's team took a young guy that the NFL called "too small", gave him a chance, and he turned out to be not a bad QB... Some guy named Warren Moon! It was awesome to see him play here!
Marcus Allen's brother Damon has been a huge success here for decades, Doug Flutie, Raghib Ismail, and Jeff Garcia all played up here!
And Prime, since you're a fire pro fan, once upon a time, a guy named Frank Goodish, aka Bruiser Brody played for my city's team (as did Stu Hart and Gene Kiniski, if you know who they are).
So yeah, the CFL is shunned by most NFL fans as being bush-leauge, but we love it up here, and a lot of American players come up here, and end up staying, despite the potentially ridiculous winters, so we must be doing something right!
