The conversion is almost complete. Yesterday night my girlfriend went out with her co-workers, for some reason they all wanted to play the Wii at a friends house as it was getting late and they did not want to spend an exorbant amount of money. Things started off slow with boxing, then we switched to bowling, tennis, and finally golf. This was all fine until I swapped the game for Brain Age. It just turned into mayhem once we split up into teams and started the mind sprint. It was hilarious as we all started to scream out names, numbers, where to point and to try to mess up the other team by screaming out the wrong answer. It was a riot and I would recommend this game to anyone who are on an outing. A little bit about the group of players, they are in their late 20s, most of them do not play video games but had a blast. There were several females and they were the ones screaming the most. I've never seen so many people scream so loud at the tv screen if there wasn't a sporting event. All in all a good time and more importantly showed my girlfriend that games can be an interactive medium even with non-gamers. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy fragging my roommates on xboxlive and split screen, but this was a great investment in trying to get my girlfriend to play. Now if there are first person shooters....I'm looking at you Wii Zapper with DUCK HUNT!!!
