OK, so my Laptop gets infected with an evil trojan horse virus, the whole thing crashes and I have to reboot it, and then I come on here and it's all changed! And not for the better. It was so well laid out and easy to use before, now the tabs are shoved to the side (the wrong side I might add), the names are above the posts, which is very annoying, and the posts themelves are squashed between so many things that it gets lost. The colour scheme is terrible - too grey and boxy and retro. The old colour scheme was much easier on the eyes. And it's too hard to see which threads have new posts. And the system is a bit erratic too.

In the meantime, I've been catching up on some Old Who stories, I watched Spearhead from Space and Caves of Androzani and they SUCK! No, that's a bit harsh. Spearhead from Space was average-to-good, with some OTT acting and a ridiculous Deus Ex Machina. Meanwhile, Caves of Androzani was unwatchable past the first part (True, I honestly couldn't watch past the first part). I thought it was supposed to be one of the best Old Who stories? Davison's Doctor was beige to the extreme, Peri was undoubtably the most annoying character I've ever seen (and yes, that includes Rose in series 4), and those melodramatic panto-style asides to the camera just sent me into hysterics. Shame it was meant to be serious.

It's a bit annoying, really, with a lot of the Old Who episodes I've watched being of much higher quality (eg. City of Death, Genesis (albeit a bit padded), The Silurians, Talons of Weng-Chiang). I think I'll stick to Baker stories from now on, they rarely disappoint.
