Tonight I had plans to go to see The Academy Is.... I had my day all planned out. I'd leave really early so I could be in the front. I had such a great time last year. I arrived kinda late, but was right up front for the band. And I touched William Beckett's hand. (Read some trivia bout him online. He has a 2 year old daughter. Just learned that last week. Found it very interesting)
Then I woke up sick. And missed my cla$$es today. Granted, due to another schedule change that didn't include the show, I was missing the second cla$$, but after that, come home, eat, and leave. I have a sick stomach and dizzy spells.
I was much worse when I woke up this morning, and after 5 hours, am slightly better. I could still maybe make this show, but right now it is hard to tell. This really blows, cause I was so looking forward to the show. Even if I can't be up front, I figured I could hang out at the bar till TAI comes and fight my way in the crowd as best I can. Though the chance I'll be better in less than 4 hours seems unlikely. I can only hope.
On the bright side, I did well in Jazz Dance yesterday (though for some reason, my body felt stiff while dancing) and my ankle feels so much better. I hurt my ankle on September 8th, so it has been 22 days.
