Sadly, I'm having a hard time copying and pasting my Blogspot post, so I'll just have to link to it.
Quite literally, in this case. I helped out for 24 hours straight at a fundraiser for cancer research and my skin ended up pretty much charred by the sun. My arms and face are very much glowing red two days later and I'm starting to shed my skin. I've also been in OM NOM NOM NOM mode since I got back and have been eating everything in sight without pause or hint of satisfaction. In any case, if there's one thing I've learned it's this: A living person can ooze bodily fats from their nose (the outside of it, mind you, not from the nostrils) and can actually glow in the dark after enough sun exposure. I think I'll go back to my dark cave and continue mimicking a vampire in terms of sun avoidance.
In other news, the Unlimited Blade Works translation is 5% away from completion, which basically means HOLY CRAP. JESUS CHRIST. OH MY GOD. WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN. I HOPE MY BODY CAN TAKE IT!
Basically, you won't be hearing from me in the time surrounding its release. I can pretty much promise that.
Touhou 10: Mountain of Faith will also be coming out soon, which adds to my busy schedule all the more. I've been honing my danmaku skills on Imperishable Night, burning my eyes out and warping my mind watching IOSYS flash animations, listening to Border of Death on loop, and fapping to Reisen/Tewi futanari doujinshi in preperation. I don't think I could be any more ready.
I just got back from seeing Stardust, which was a pretty decent adaptation of the novel, but still not quite as good. Either way, it's worth seeing whether you've read the book or not. The first half especially captures the whole Gaiman-ish feel.
Meh. That's all I feel like writing for now. Back to watching my skin peel. At least I've stopped leaking yellow body fat from my flesh. That's always something to smile on when you can.
