The FFVII: AC English voice cast was announced yesterday, and one of my most favorite voice actors is voicing Vincent; Steven Jay Blum! 
If the name does not ring a bell to you, I am sure you have "heard" him before. Check out his credits if you are interested:

Steven has always been my #1 choice for the voice of Vincent.
Overall, I am very happy with the cast; IMO, Square Enix hired some of the best voice actors in the business:

Yer I'm actually quite interested in the movie now with these voice actors especially Stev. I know him quite well mostly from anime he's done good jobs and seems a lot of projects, hopefully he'll sound great in AC.

Well even though he's a good voice actor, I like the original voices more. Maybe it's just becasue I saw the it with the original voices.
