So I mailed out my Playstation 3 last Wednesday and, since I had nothing much better to do, thought I would call Sony to see if they got the package yet.
They did but the automated phone system lady told me that it takes around 7-10 days to process the system (whatever that means) and another 3-5 days to ship it back to me when its fixed. Going by all that information it seems that my system will be fixed up and arrive back at my place sometime in early July.
Yeesh...

7-10 days to do what? How much processing does it need? A little data entry and what else? Yikes. I've heard bad things about Sony's customer relations and this certainly doesn't help my perception of them.
