Ive been watching a lot of new shows lately and have been mildly impressed, but not really stunned. Vanished was highly disappointing, Kidnapped, even though heavily promoted by NBC was also disappointing, Shark, was alright, but its another typical lawyer show. Same with Justice, the show is good, but its still the same lawyer based show with no exicting plot. Studio 60 is also alright, I like the idea and concept of the show, along with the cast including such names as Matthew Perry, but its still not that show that just jumps out at me, kinda like how prison break or 24 did. Another new show that was really hyped about was Jericho. I love the Red Dawn type based plot, but Jericho sort of lacks the kind of action and sci fi background i would like to see in a kind of show like that. The cast is nothing to go crazy about either. I just think a show like that deserves to be on another network like ABC. I've also checked out some new shows during the summer because of their pilot releases online. Thats how i saw the Nine. USA Today named it, best new show of 2006 and i have to disagree. the show is pretty good all around, but it doesnt really have that hook like veronica mars does. Enough with the negative critism, lets go to the new shows i thought were good. I saw the preview of Six degrees last night and i have to say i am stunned! The pilot just blew me away. I thought everything was on cue, the plot was incredibly genius, the acting was amazing, it was probably one of the best pilots i have ever, EVER, seen. and with j.j. abrams at producer what can go wrong? i just hope that the rest of the season delivers the way the pilot did. Another new show i thought was really, really, good was HEROES! i couldnt believe it when i first saw the previews on nbc. I was instantly hooked and when i got my hands on the pilot during the summer, it delivered. i will be tuning in during the season. Now to the returning shows. The biggest disappointment of returning series has to be prison break. im sorry to say that the show has lost its greatness. the writers have made a lot of mistakes in the plot and the genius of the show is gone. i really enjoyed the 1st season, but the 2nd season has been really disappointing. Some solids returns have to be Fox's comedy night with family guy, the simpsons, and american dad. they came out fresh as ever. i was about to cry from laughing so hard during the new family guy episode. wow.... The office has also made a solid return. still funny as ever after winning the best comedy emmy. i also really enjoyed the week long event return of deal or no deal. me and my dad really love that show and just go nuts during it. i love it. the season has been pretty good so far and lets hope it gets better with the return of lost, new shows on the cw, and new shows next week.

Im sooo happy season 2 of Prison Break started yesterday, I've been waiting forever! The 1st episode of the second season, Manhunt, was great. I cant wait for this season to unfold.

NBC used to be my least favorite network with lame shows and just nothing worth watching, but all of that changed this summer with the pasadena press conference tour. NBC annouced their fall schedule and it just blew me away. With shows like Heroes(the pilot was amazing!), Studio 60 on the Sunset 60(again, the pilot was amazing), I personally love football and when i heard they got sunday night football, that just sealed the deal. Check out the peacock this fall and you'll see what im talking about.
Some people just don't have opinions. Like SuperBilly1.
SuperBilly1 must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could SuperBilly1 possibly have for not rating a single film?
