There is much that has happened to me about music. I've been getting into more political hip-hop, like The Coup, Immortal Technique,Dead Prez, and others less so like 2pac, Hit em up is a classic. I've also been getting into Reggae, The Abyssians,Jimmy Cliff, Steel Pulse, Burning Spear. Of course I still think The Clash is the best, I've been listening to more Joe Strummer & The Mescaleros as well. Thats all i have to say right now

Well since im at college I havent had too much time to get any more albums or anything, but lately Ive been having an interest in Spanish Music, the Mexico variety as well as some spanish rap. I was at a protest for the Coalition of Immokolee workers who are being treated like slaves. anyways one guy got up and started rapping in spanish, it was quite great. Im hoping to get some spanish music, but dont know where to start looking. Also im hoping i will be going to ozzfest this summer, tickets are pricy, but my friend said he might get them, the two main bands are Ozzy(ofcourse) and System of a Down, its definitely a must go. well I have a radio show as well, its from 7-8 on Saturday, on 90.7 WVKC Galesburg. you can listen to it online at www.wvkc.org

Hypnotize the newest album by system of a down came out on november 22nd and met all my expectations plus some. It fits perfectly with mezmerize, as it was recorded at the same time. Its a great album with tracts ranging from the armenian genocide,Iraq war, to the fakeness, and BS involved with hollywood. I recommend all the tracts but if i had to pick a few they would be, attack, hypnotize, U-fig,Viscinity of Obscenity, stealing society, she's like heroin.
