What is with the school bully anyway? If he's 18, there would be no need for him to be legally emancipated. Either way, he would not be released to the custody of his parents at the end, and his actions would generally land him in jail for assault, even assault with a deadly weapon. Drillbit, for his actions, would have recieved a MUCH heavier sentence than three weeks of jail time. Overall, the plot was poorly done and highly unbeleivable.
