I'm voting for Gordon just because I love him so much. He really is the greatest. Mario is amazing, but Gordon just has that nerdy killer charm. I mean who is a theoretical physicist and beats things to death with a crowbar?!

I wish Duke Nukem didn't get eliminated. He was my shoe-in once Bub and Bob started wrecking havoc.

freeman ftw....if you read my blog that I wrote before the finals I think thats a big part of why he is winning...nintendo is getting stale to a lot of ppl, including myself and Ive been a huge nintendo fan since I started gaming back in the early 90s

I must admit seeing Gordon in the last bracket was kind of a surprise to me... but still an awesome one!

Both are silent. One smacks zombie-like headcrab-ed people with crowbars, the other jumps on giant turtles. One collects coins and stars, the other collects ammo and health. One has a Phd in theoretical physics from MIT, the other is a plumber.

I love how the competition is called 'Hero' yet there are heroines a plenty in the standings; Ms. Archer and Ms. Aran, just to name a few females, must not be too happy.
