a GS friend wanted to know what sprigain actually means so i may aswell write a blog about it

firstly how to pronounce sprigain the a is silent so forget about the a and just say it as if you would say sprigin

secondly the meaning. It actually has three meanings, sprigain definition one - to be a good friend, definition two - to be caring and definition three - having good sportsmanship.

thirdly where the word came from sprigain is an old niuean word that was used long ago it isn't used anymore and most of the niuean people these days have no clue about what it means, for those of you that don't know what niue is,

niue is a pacific island i myself am part niuean and also part samoan but i was born and raised up in new zealand

i found this word out from my grandfather when i was about nine it meant a lot to him, when ever i see him he asks if i remember it having it as a username makes it easier to remember so it's one of the reasons i choosed it, plus i think i can relate myself to it's meanings
