Since I am not a big fan of Uncharted, i didn't pick it up and get those trophies like many people, but instead i stuck with Burnout and beasted through that. I think it took me like two to three weeks on and off to finally get them all. the hardest ones to get was the burnout times 4, and the mug shot (because you need a usb camera but in this case you need a damn ps3 eye or a ps2 eye toy). Yes, i did go out to buy a ps3 eye, but not just because of a pathetic bronze trophy, but also because you can use it as a mic, make movies, take pics (especially with LBP coming out soon) so i saw it as an "investment for the future"
So two days ago, i finally got Platinum on burnout. what's next? I'm working on Super Stardust HD (hard as hell imo) and Novastrike until i can afford Blitz the League 2.

You know its been a while when you cant find the button for posting a blog...even if its big, round, and orange. I purchased the new Three Doors Down CD, and i was totally stoked for that. I love me some Three Doors Down ^.^ I also bought Fifa Street 3. i know it got a 6.5 on gamespot and a 5.8 on ign, but it was 20 bucks and cheap fun is still fun. I believe that it should be a 6.9, and i know you might be thinking, its only 0.4 of what gamespot gave it, but i really really think that its not completely a 7 (or "average" but its not as low as a 6. so i guess you can consider it kinda like caught in limbo if anything.
my buddy let me borrow Ratchet and Clank Tools of Destruction, so i get to enjoy that also this memorable day weekend. Well I'm off to go watch my friend play Rockband.
So i finally said, "screw myspace," and decided to post my blogs here in an effort to get more readers, and possibly even more friends. Today has been a generally boring day. I walked home from my friend's house at about 6:45 AM, I had to be home before my dad goes off to do his 24 hour shift. So i talked to my girlfriend online for a lil bit, then the gaming commenced.
So many games, so little time. Its the time issue that kills me along with the fact that i procrastinate, but when i talk about procrastinate via gaming, it usually means doing other stuff instead of (i.e. homework, chores, and my "favorite"...work). I could never blow off gaming (well, at least to the last minute) like iif t were my Final Exam paper in Street Law. That would be a sin!
I'm kidding for those folks that are religious.
Well, what did i accomplish in the gaming world? I played Superstar Mode in Madden 08. I ended up playing the last two games of the season, and i got a lil over 7000 yards, along with 80 TDs, and 20 INTs, sadly. For yards, i am about 23 on the list, and only a second year player with 13400 something yards. if i get another 7000 yard season, i am going to bump it up to all madden. cus it would just get too ridiculiously easy. So i finished off the rest of the regular season, had a bye week, BARELY won against the Broncos (I am QB for the Miami Dolphins, and we are doing good, i know its totally fictional from the truth lol) 28-27. I came back and scored the winning TD. I beat the Bengals like they owed me money; 31-7. And then I beat the Eagles in the Superbowl 35-21. I pretty much had the advantage over them the whole game. So in the off season, i demanded a trade cus I'm not a dolphin's fan, I'm more of a raider's fan, but.....they sent me to San Francisco -.- I just excepted that fact and i guess i am going to try to make them good like the dolphines lol. And that's all i pretty much did for today
I play on beating the missing DNA bar that i missed in the third block of Assassin's Creed and the two missing ones in the 5th block today also. I also "stole" (more like too upstairs) my dad's copy of Need For Speed Pro Street, and i'm thinking about doing my own profile. But watch, right when i get into the game, my dad is going to be like, "where's my need for speed at!!!!" -.- its just my luck. -sighs- so now i am writing this blog, and my playstation is doing that folding@ home, my way of contributing to the cure of parkinson's and all that that they promise. I'll take their word for it. Well, now i am going to take a nap. much appreciated for those fine gentlemen and women who read this blog, comments would be totally awesome
PS: Congradulations for my boys at Notre Dame for beating George Mason 68-50, GO IRISH!
