I was out in the store the other day, and I realized that Wonka Runts have changed their flavors AGAIN! The current flavors are orange, banana, strawberry, grape, and green apple.

The grape ones are pretty good, as are the green apple ones. They have that fake fruit taste that you see in a lot of other candies, though..

Grape and Green Apple are a huge improvement over the last arrangement, which had orange, banana, strawberry, mango, and pineapple. Mango was a horrid flavor, impossible for me to eat. I shoved them all in a tin which I keep trying to forget. Pineapple was edible, but not too much better. Those are in the same tin.

I preferred the box that existed one before that, the variety with orange, banana, strawberry, cherry, blue raspberry, and watermelon. While the orange tasted worse back then and the watermelon was pretty off, they all formed the basically perfect combination of the best fruit flavored candy ever.

After Wonka changed it from that box to mango and pineapple, i stopped buying Runts. Runts went far off my radar until I found that tin of disasters again. I decided, oh heck, I'll go see if Wonka changed the Runts back. Then I saw apple and grape. Thank god we don't have to suffer through crappy tropical cnandy.

The only Runts flavor I don't think I've had is Lime, which was in the box before Blue Raspberry and Watermelon. I bet it tasted better than Mango.

I can only hope Wonka realizes what a dumb choice they've made and goes back to blue raspberry and Watermelon. If you all agree, please write Wonka a note and leave me a comment! Thank you!

You'll never beleive what happened. I was in a shoe store, and on the radio came one of my favorite songs ever! And it was the song I was just thinking about then ! Another song came after it, and then two MORE consecutive favorites of mine! It must be a sign of the great things ahead in life for me. What do you think?
