yesterday i finally was able to send my 360 back to get repaired, i would have sent it in way earlier BUT stupid microsoft took a week to e-mail me the shipping code. it wasn't until thursday that i called the and thay sent it to me in 24 hours.

WTF!!!!! why would it take a week for them to do nothing until i called them? if anyone needs a government bailout its microsofts customer service.

anyway i think they said it will take 3 weeks to get it back, in the mean time i have nothing to do but play my wii and watch dvds.

but even that is going wrong, first i wanted to catch up on my dvds on my PS2 Slim. so i startede to watch Knight Rider BUT half way through the 2nd episode i get a disc read error. so i look at the 2 sided disc AND ITS SCRATCHED TO HELL, both sides and i have no idea why. so i look at the ps2 slim door and i see some over mold circle star thing, so i cut that off and sanded it smooth and i don't know if it will fix it but i will get the disc resurfaced and try it again and hope it wont do it again.

for the first few days without my 360 i decided to play mario kart wii and it was fun for a few days, than the angry gamer in me took hold and i started throwing my wii wheel-at my wii console with the game running, if you even tap the 360 with a game running you get a big ring around your disc. i must have thrown it right at my wii at least 6 or 7 times and nothing, no damage except some minor "rattling" in my wiimote.

why cant microsoft make things that sturdy? they could really take notes on nintendo.

anyway i stopped playing mario kart and bdecided to replay Metroid Prime3 Corruption.

ok now on to the things i have got since my last blog.

Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil-i got this at a pawn shop in the "as is" bin for $1.25 with tax($1.00 without) the disc is vary scratched but none too bad so i think it will work but even if it doesn't it was a heck of a price.

from what i know its a new story from the regular doom 3.

next i got the Dead Space Extraction comic-

i got it for $4.20 with tax, ($3.50 without) its a one shot meaning its the only one in the series. now unless you have played the game-, seen the movie Dead Space Downfall-- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o2GKwGM1QVkor read the other comics- (that's the hard cover that has all 6 in it) you will probably not know whats going on.

its not bad, there is one part (not to spoil it too much) where Nicolegets cornered by necromorphs and i the next frame shes fine. now it doesn't tell you if she died and is a hallucination or not cause it does tell you the infection starts as brain waves so that could be why people see things that are not true.

anyway its not that long and the last 9 pages are just dumb adds where they should have added more story. all in all get it if your a fan of dead space and know the story.

and yesterday i got the nerf switch shot ex-3 i got it on sale for $6.99 and taxes regular price was $19.99. NOW i did not know this untill i took it out of the box and realised IT DOESN'T COME WITH THE GAME!!! so here i am hoping to have a new game to play and it doesn't come with one.

now i found out that if the box looks like this-it DOES come with the game. i might take it back and get a refund when i go back up on Tuesday to get Halo 3 ODST (which i don't know why since i have no 360) but if i can find the game for a good price at EB or find the 2nd box for a good price i will get that.

don't get fooled yourself like i was.

and finally (i think finally) i sent off 100 halo points in to mcfarlane for the Halo 3 lithograph, it should come soon. it was the cheapest thing i could get before the offers expire and i don't have enough time to get 225 for red recon cause no-one has the figures anymore.
