actually i bought Big Surf Island on the 31st about 4:30 pm and i finished it on the 1st by 11:30 or so. it wasn't hard to find the billboards jumps or smashes, except one smash in the "something point" i have 86% on my island licence, now i don't know if the term "BEAT" is correct since i don't have 100% but i have all achievements.

how would you define it?

it cost me 1000 ms points ($12.50) i was saving it up for all thefallout 3DLC but i don't have much room on my HDD about 3.5 GB.

it looks a little dead spaceish.

anyway it hase lots of joints the back feet have holes in them so i guess you can peg it on the wall. its the most detailed halo figure i have seen yet with all the wrinkles and color shading. and being a medal edition it comes with the incineration medal but here's the thing i looked at the 2 walmart had left (no rookie left ), i looked at both and one looked right and the other kinda didn't, but what i failed to look at was the medal. from the middle horizontal points up is blank, the flaming skull is there but no points which sucks.

this cost me $16.71 with taxes, and came with 30 halo points giving me 75 total.

i wish mcfarlane would come out with more characters like that little pr1ck guilty spark Miranda Keyes or how about Fleet Admiral Terrence Hood . i am so tired of the same spartins just with different colors and weapons, I WANT NEW CHARACTERS!!!!

i couldn't believe that i actually found the Recon armor figure, it was the only Recon they had. the others were the FLOOD PURE FORM STALKER, and THE ROOKIE.

this was a great find, i kind of knew they had new stock in when i saw the transformers figures at the electronics section.

on to the review. he is a series 6 which is the Medal series and this recon comes with the killionaire medal-its about 4.5 cm across (1 3/4 inches) the weird thing is its made of plastic and not metal which is what the series name suggests. i was hoping it would be like a pin you could put on your cloths. anyway the reverse side has the halo 3 "3" on it.

the figure that i have has some problems the first being the helmet looks like it didnt get some of the details right, like the gold visor paint is off center and the ear flaps on the side of the head are not painted( but i think i can fix that).

the chest plate doesn't mate up around the waist and you can put the first magnum in the right hand good but the left i had to mod the fingers to fit it in. other than those points it is a good looking figure for RECON.

i got it for $16.71 with tax ($14.92 without)

one last note its the 6th series of the mcfarlane figures and you would think they would think of how to put weapons in the hands right, all they have to do is add another hand or do more research on this.

a few days ago i finally found Mirrors Edge at eb games used for $10.07 with tax and discount ($9.99 without) i have been hoping they would get more in cause its a cheap game, and i cant resist a cheap game.

next i went to zellers and got 2 mor Gears Of War 2 figures, the first being Marcus Fenix [Theron Guard Disguise]- he comes with the lancer WHICH has a peg on it so it can be stored on the back if you dont want it in the hands, and 2 interchangeable heads.

the gun was easier than normal to put in the hands, the only thing i dont like is the shoulder pads one came off and apparently they are not held in place that good so i might have to super glue them. other than that its a great figure vary detailed as with all the GOW2 figures.

and the other was ELITE Locust Grenadier - he comes with the shotgun which also has a peg on it to be stored on the back, the gun was harder to place in the hands but it looked half decent. vary detailed even down to the dirty teeth.

both of those cost me $44.78 with tax($19,99 each without).
