So, looking over this mod role, I'm not so sure if I'll be accepted or not. I mean, it's like an evaluation, and only a few will become permanent moderators based on their performance. From where I stand, I'm not so sure. And, I've been getting tons of friend requests (because I'm a mod?), and I try to socialize with each one of them. Don't worry, I still love my older friends around here. So, I guess what I'm trying to say is, if your befriending me because I'm a moderator and all, it's cool, but I'm not entirely sure if it IS permenant. I have this feeling that many people stop befriending me only because I'm not a mod. Sorry if I disappoint anyone...
School has been tough. And being asian, my parents won't like it. (Stereotypical, don't kill me) and they don't make it any easier. I don't wanna talk about it.
Odd things happening on Friday. Turns out two of my friends are going for the same girl. Tough to choose sides. I know many of you have been in this dilema before, and yeah, a bit redundant. Weight training has been fun. Strongest points are squats, and weakest are bench press. I guess I have weaker arms than legs. I could do 290 lbs. on squats no problem, but only 80 lbs. on bench. We had a test today for dead lifts. About 250 lbs. I can do, and I didn't notice until the last period, my hand was bleeding. Should've used gloves.
Walking home, I was glad it was Friday. I mean, really, who doesn't love Friday? Anyway, on my way home, no joke, there was a Toyota Thundra with huge wheels, flipped over on the street. At first sight, I thought I was seeing things, but it was flipped over. It looked like it wanted to do a backflip, but failed.
Oh, and I fell in love with this video.

Your situation with your two friends sounds fragile. Be cautious how you procede as you culd wind up alienating one or the other..
Its never a pretty sight when your friends are on opposing sides and you are stuck between them. I usually just stay in the neutral position until one or the other gets over it

School sucks. We know. Asian parents suck a lot sometimes too. xD But some of them have cool accents so they're cool most of the time.

Asian parents are strict alright. However, I got mine to a point where they support me on everything I do. They get off my back on academics, and I tend to do really well in school. Strange how that works.
Oh boy - I've actually been in that same girl situation recently. If you actually know the girl, the situation is extra-intense. If your friends are counting on your for support, then you can either back off or choose a side depending on your own evaluation of their compatibilities. If everything goes well, you get to play cupid in a cute game of match-up.
lol, the best car accident I ever saw happened to be one I was in. My bus driver backed up into a brand new sports car with myself in the bus. The car was literally half there. I actually feel like crap now. We laughed at it back then, but I bet the poor bus driver had to face some consequences
