I just heard that Spider-Man 4 and 5 might premiere in theaters back to back! I'm very excited about this. This hasn't been confirmed yet. But, Sony is trying to lock up the deal. The writer who submitted this script was James Vanderbilts (Not sure if I spelled that right). I'm guessing that the villains in number 4 would probably be the Lizard and Venom. Number 5 will probably be the continue of Venom and the appearance of Carnage. Don't take my word for it. I'm just guessing.

I heard rumors that the cast for Spider-Man/Peter Parker might change, but Sony confirmed it was false information. The rumors stated that Toby Maguire will be replaced by either Patrick Fugit or some other guy from "Sky High." I hope they keep the same cast for Spider-Man/Peter Parker for both Spider-Man 4 and 5. I can't imagine myself watching a Spider-Man movie without Toby. But, I would still watch it anyway because I'm a fan, and plus, I wouldn't be able to resist watching it.

Regardless of the disappointment of Spider-Man 3, I want Sam Raimi to come back. He did a great job with the first two films. Spider-Man 3 wasn't great (I still enjoyed it), but it was good. I want Sam Raimi to continue his excellent work with the Spider-Man movie franchise.
