I was actually surprised when I looked at this movie. It was surprisingly a good one.
Fearless is an English dubbed movie, telling the story of a martial arts legend Huo Yuanjia. The storyline isn't anything new, and you've probably heard it countless times - Man who loves to fight hungers for power, family gets killed, goes on a rampage, has a mental breakdown, works in a quiet village and turns over a new leaf, decides to re-visit his past, meets old friends.
Even though the storyline isn't anything new, the presentation is awesome. The audio effects and dramatic scenes are very emotional. The settings and scenery were perfect and in my opinion flawless! The fighting was also well done. It was nothing that looked fake like in Crouching Tiger or Hero. The fghting scenes all looked real and you can see a lot of effort went into perfecting them.
This was truly one of the best Martial Arts movie I've seen in a long time.

The movie once again centers around the 'Bushmen' as one of them tracks down his two children. The movie once again ties in several scenes and merges them together into a great comedy movie. The first Men in Black movie was a great one, but this movie was just horrible. First off the storyline was very mediocore, it seems like a something a toddler would come up with. Secondly because it's a sequel, they tried to connect it to the first movie and that was a horrible idea. The acting was okay, but some scenes were just plain and simple, bad. Tommy Lee Jones & Will Smith did play their roles great and it's because of their acting, the movie didn't totally suck.
Some of the special effects were really poorly done, and I mean horrible while some of them were almost to perfection. The movie was more or less a Comedy rather than an Sci-Fi/Action/Adventure, because there was nothing serious about the movie and the plot was all too predictable and stupid.

This is another movie I wasn't expecting to be good but it was. While not a must see film, it just an average movie. The plot was simple and nothing really unexpected. Most of the fighting and action scenes were too fake and you could see the clearly how poorly they were done and the flaws in them showed clearly. However the movie had some decent special effects and the acting was almost flawless Milla Jovovich is an excellent actress and her tallents were used well in this movie. I'll give everyone one guess for what this movie is about. Yes you guessed it, just like the titles says, Snakes on a Plane...literally. To be quite frank, I didn't give into the hype of this movie because I thought it would be horrible, but when I finally got down to looking at it, I was amazed. The movie was not perfect, but it gets to the point and doesn't drag the plot one bit. Even though the movie's plot seems incomplete and parts are missing, causing it to feel disjointed and doesn't make sense, it does stay true to the name...Snakes on a Plane.
The acting was perfect just the performance you'd expect from Samuel L. Jackson. The special effects with the snakes and other things were perfect, something you'd not expect from a movie like this.
Overall this was a great movie. I would recommend it to anyone. If you were uncertain about it like me, trust me, you will not be disappointed

Silent Hill: The Movie was surprisingly a good movie. I wasn't expecting this movie to be this good. It's clearly one of the best Video Game to Movie translation I've seen to date. Fans of the video game series of Silent Hill will be very please and there are a lot of Video Game references, characters and places in this movie.
Concerning the storyline it was excellent, but don't expect to understand it fully. If you've never played any Silent Hill game, you will be confused most of the time and you will find the movie to make no sense most of the time and even if you have, you'll understand it but not 100%. You'll have to wait until the end before all or most of the pieces add up. However I have to say, the storyline took a really unexpected twist towards the end of the movie and the ending was something you'd never expect.
The acting, special effects and setting was also suprisingly well done and I never expected it to be so good. Don't expect too much from this movie, but it is one of the best video game-movie cross overs

There's nothing good about this movie. Plain and simple, it's horrible! The storyline was poor, disjointed and parts simply just didn't make sense. Things just happened in the storyline for happening sake and it's clear to see that some scenes were just making up time instead of adding to the plot. The acting was even worse than the poor storyline. The stars of the movie just plain and simple cannot act. There was no emotions in the speech, just one tone throughout the movie, it reminded me of Resident Evil for the Playstation. The actors didn't display any kind of emotion or passion in their action. Even if the script was horrible, the actors can still try to add some emotion and life to dialogue, but that wasn't the case with this movie.
Do not waste an hour and a half on this movie there are countless other movies you can look at and numerous other things you can do with that time.

Instead of focusing on Blade, the movie focused on two new characters and that was a horrible idea because it caused the downfall of the storyline and the killing of Blade's character. Even the fightings and gun battles were poorly done and was without meaning and substance.
