Enervator already has a blog on this, but I just thought I'd spread the word that Sylent_Asassin has been banned from Tv.com. He will surely be missed.
Vator also mentioned this, and I agree that the MOD's are banning the wrong people. These are the people that have been banned so far(that i've known).

I didn't know him THAT well, but I never knew him for being one that would go off-topic. I actually think getting banned for posting off-topic sometimes is a little over-the-top.

Yeah it kind of is, but he's gotten in trouble for other things too, like some pics he has posted, and countless other things.

I got lots of TOS's plus that account thing, thats why i was banned.
Edward even told me that the reason i got banned was because of all the TOS's i had. Not cause of the account thing. And all my TOS were over a year old, some two.

Sylent was suspended for off-topic posting. You don't actually know why he was banned. It'd be even more ridiculous for him to get both banned and suspended for the same thing. That would be like getting a five year sentence for committing a crime, then getting executed for the same thing the second the sentence was done.
