YES, I do think its the Year of the DS. With the DSi and a monster load of good games coming out I think it'll be the best system this year. Games include Pokemon Platinum, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Mario & Luigi 3, Moon, C.O.R.E,All the Different Dragon Quest, Big Bang Mini, Fire Emblem, Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles, and many more. Who knows maybe a handheld game might finally win GOTY although i wouldn't bet on it.

Secondly I have Chinatown Wars and quite frankly I don't think its all that. I wish I had used the moeny for Platinum instead though I do expect to get that as well. I mean it could be that I'm spoiled by the other Gta games. I just think the camera should be behind the protagonist instead of over. I could be wrong though I mean I got to admit I only have 7% complete. I'm hoping by the end of the game it lives upto that 9.5 it got. I could tell you the things I like about it though now....I like how when you shoot someone they might say, "ahhhhh I'm still a Virgin", another thing is the huge open world on Liberty City, its incredible that they can fit the whole GTA4 city on the DS. Another thing is that the mini games aren't that bad although they are tedious.

Third...I'm still playing through Resistance Retribution. As of right now I think it deserves a 9.5. I don't know if I'll review it though because I can't play online so I can't experience that portion of the game and as all good reviewers know, You have to play through the whole game to review it.
