Writing in the avoidiance of.... writing?

I have write a 1500 word essay using classical argument strategies/structure on any subject I desire, which to me is difficult. I hate, with a burning passion, my ENGL Advanced Writing in the Rhetoric class. It is silly, useless, and my (potential) career has nothing to do with it. The sad part is that I would rather write about not writing......The main issue at the moment is finding a topic to argue. Oh well...

On a completely different note, something dawned on me the other day. I was reading an argument regarding the existence of God, which was supposedly made by Albert Einstein. This claim is highly unlikely since Einstein specifically stated he disagreed with atheism, but also did not believe in a "personal god," which was what the argument was leaning towards. However, it did raise the question: Does atheism exist?

It is scientific fact that cold and dark do not exist. For cold is the absence of heat as dark is the absence of light. This would lead one to infer that Atheism is the absence of belief, but this is a belief in itself. Does atheism create such great irony within itself that it should cease to exist as a whole? Just a thought...
