First of all, I loved Dragon Age: Origins - it is an amazing RPG.
I've never played Baldur's Gate, which people said that the combat was most similar to so it was a little difficult at first, but I managed (by putting it in Casual).
The story is the basic fantasy setting; which there is nothing wrong with. The entire game was amazing and often made me forget how long I've actually been playing. I usually go for an hour or an hour and a half, but I sometimes spent two or three hours at night with this. Moral choices left me thinking and even made me stop just because some felt so morally wrong. Dragon Age's ending is one of my favorite endings - it left me just shocked at what had happened during a scene with a dragon.
I can't find anything I didn't like about it. It was just a perfect game from top to bottom.
A day late, I got Assassin's Creed 2.
So far, I'm an hour into it and it plays just like the first but with much noticable improvements.
So how's everyone doing?
I'm fine, a bit nervous (okay, very nervous); I might start school soon in a regular high school. I'm a bit excited as well, as I might might graduate in June if I can withstand being there. ![]()
Enough about that, I've been talking about it in most of my blogs.
I wrote a new entry (a small one) in the story I'm writing. I write pretty slowly, though. Hopefully I'll pick up the pace in which I get parts out.
Once I get to chapter 10, I will review and edit it all to the best of my abilities (which isn't a lot). If anyone wants to read it, I will post what I have below.
The story is about three brothers who are being hunted down for being accused of following a certain god. They all find themselves separated and they do what they feel is right in order to survive.
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Chapter 3
I guess it was more like I needed someone to make me feel better, and I found that. Just an old friend that I care about a lot. I feel slightly better.
My mood changes pretty quickly from one thing to another, but I felt very stressed (still do), but I don't see the point in not being online. ![]()
Thank you all, too. ![]()
Edit: I also saw the Lyoto Machida vs. Mauricio "Shogun" Rua on Saturday; that was disappointing... Five rounds of them evading each other and Machida wins by unanimous decision...
I wanted Machida to win (he is my favorite MMA fighter right now), but I feel that Rua should have won this one because he was way more dominant. Maybe watching the match again would change my mind, though. It did with some people.
