Bloc Party - The Prayer

I've been listening a lot to Bloc Party lately. I don't know why, I always tend to listen to their music in the fall. I feel it belongs there.Yet I'm one of the very few people in the Netherlands who've heard of them,and also one of the even fewer people who like them.
But, this blog's just about a little somethin' somethin' I came across last night. It's a little somethin' somethin' called the Uncharted 2 Stats Card Generator! And here's my outcome:

I think that's a nice way to show off your skills, ain't it? It only records the multiplayer statistics, but still. Anyway, if you want to create one too, just click mine, enter your PSN and pick a character for your background, which can be Nate, Elena, Chloe, Sully, Harry, Tenzin, Schäfer or Lazarevic. Oh, and don't think I'm a pro or anything, just 'cause I've got 813 kills and "only" 89 deaths, that's mostly because of the Co-op modes. I don't know why it doesn't just show my most used handgun though, since I'm pretty sure it's the 92FS 9mm...

Anyway. Err. Yeah. I've set up an Uncharted Union a while back too. We're still busy setting things up, but it should be done by tomorrow, so feel free to join it then. Or now. Anyway, that's taking up all the time I have on the laptop at the moment. Which is very little. And that, in turn, is why I have still not reviewed anything since Uncharted: Drake's Fortune and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, eventhough I said I'd write one on Tekken 6. I've got most of it, but it's not finished yet, and it may just be the longest review I've ever written. Anyway, that's it for now. I hope to see as many of you in the UU as possible!

That's right people, the match finally took place. Matches, rather. And I must say, Kat's better than he thinks. Sure, it did end 5 to 3 for me, but that means I've only won one more match than him, out of our 8 fights. Anyway, I had fun, he had fun, and we agreed to do it again some time. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to save the replay of the fight, like Pierst179 suggested. I guess that only works for Ranked Matches... Too bad though. I would've loved to show the matches to you.

P.S. I was gonna post that in one blog, entitled "Dun, dun, dun, another one bites the dust...". But then again, Kat did put up quite a fight so..

Anyway, next up. I'm thinking of forming an Uncharted Union, because much to my surprise, there isn't one yet! And people who've read either my blog or my recent reviews know that I love the Uncharted series. Anyway, if anyone's interested in it, let me know. I might just ask you to become charter members.

And then... there's Friday. Yeah... Friday was weird. Not so much 'cause it was Friday the 13th, I never have issues with that, but 'cause of the stuff that happened to me. Heh, it actually turned out to be a quite lucky day for me.
Anywho. It starts off like this. I had to hand in an English book report, a Dutch book report, 10 pages about a subject that I got to choose myself (Jimi Hendrix, easiest 10 pages I ever wrote) in Englishand I had to prepare an oral for Dutch. Now, English is no problem at all for me, so I started off with those two assignments. After that I prepared my oral, and I didn't get 'round to my Dutch book report. So, I was a little bummed out since that was gonna be a 1.0 for sure (Dutch grades go from 1.0, really bad, to 10.0, amazingly good), but it turns out my teacher got sick, so not only was I off the hook for not having the book report, but I also didn't have to do my oral yet. Which is good, since I was nervous like hell.
Anywho, it was my sister's birthday too, and she was gonna have a party downstairs, while the rest of the family had to stay upstairs. As much as I'd like just playing on my PS3 all evening, I thought it best to just go to someone else's place. Unfortunately Colin, one of my best friends, had to work late, so that was no option. When I got out of English though, there were 2 girls waiting for me. They'd heard I was looking for something to do! I thought to myself, damn word goes around fast in this place. Anyway, they asked me to do something I usually never do... go to a club... Totally not my kind of thing. First off because I'm a rocker. Sure, I listen to a little trance once in a while, but still. And second... I can't dance. I went however. 'Cause I kinda liked one of the girls who asked me so. Anywho. I didn't really get a choice. They said they were gonna pick me up, so that I couldn't run. (My mom's still proud of me, going to a club with 3 girls picking me up.)I couldn't even keep my adress a secret. For some strange reason, everyone seems to know where I live. It was OK, I suppose. Except for the not being able to dance part interrupting all the time when yet another one would ask me to dance. I guess the others liked having me there though, since that one girl did invite me for next week...

Anyway. So much for the strangeness. The next day was filled with joy. Why you ask? Well, 'cause my Jimi Hendrix shirt finally arrived! Here it is :

No musical blog title this time around, guys. Why, you ask? Well, 'cause I couldn't come up with a song that fitted with I just beat Nancy-MI847J and got a Platinum Trophy for Tekken 6. So yeah. I'm really proud of it.

It's my first Platinum Trophy so. How convenient that I happen to unlock it for one of my favourite game series of all time. You guys can expecta Tekken 6 review coming your way too someday soon. I started on it yesterday, so it should be done somewhere this week.

Anyway. I'm thinking of doing a Top 10 or something, to have something to blog about. If you have any suggestions as to what Top 10 you'd like to see me do, just post a comment below.

Oh, and another thing. If you're into the Kingdom Hearts games, you should definitely check out the Kingdom Hearts Experience. It's a great union, that I've recently joined, but there aren't that many active members. If any of you'd wanna join, that'd be great.
