As I'm pretty sure you all know by now, Gamespot has launched it's "All Time Greatest Hero" contest. Along with the contest, complaints. People all over the Internet have begun to voice their opinions on the voting process. From Youtube to a personal blog, people continue to find new ways of complaining about the polls.
Now, the thing that seems to upset people the most isn't the fact that Gamespot left out their favorite hero, or that their vote didn't count, but it is the certain heroes that make it into the next match-up, specifically, Bub and Bob. People seem to believe that there are certain characters that are "supposed" to make it into the next round only, and when that specific character doesn't, they get infuriated.
Going into this, I believed that Master Chief would make it all the way, but I was surprised to learn that he lost in his very first match-up. Now this is upsetting people, upsetting people VERY MUCH. There are currently hundreds of Gamespotters exclaiming that foul play was involved in the voting process, while others believe that it was just good wholesome message spreading at it's finest.
Personally, I have no idea what to think of this. I've honestly stopped caring about the contest throughout all the bickering and fighting that's taken place over the past few days. If Duke Nukem wins, so be it. If Cloud wins, that's great! In the end, it's not going to affect who I believe is the greatest of them all, and I'm hoping it doesn't affect you.
I love you Phoenix Wright.
It's my one year anniversary. Huzzah.
Level 16: Magician Lord
Magician Lord

"The player controls the wizard Elta, the last magician lord, on his quest to save his homeland from the evil wizard Gal Agiese. The evil wizard is seeking the god of destruction Az Atorse whom he plans to resurrect this using eight tomes of mystical power. As Elta, the player must battle through eight levels to find each of the tomes before he can reach Gal's fortress, and seal away the evil deity once again."
It's nice to finally get out of level 15 and into 16, and just in time too, seeing as how tomorrow is my one year anniversary here at Gamespot!
For the occasion I'll be posting a big fantastical blog to celebrate, so just you guys wait.
Now, on a more serious note. In case you guys haven't noticed, I really haven't been as active as I used to be, it's for a good reason though...I just forgot about Gamespot.
But don't you guys worry, today I'll be posting a comment in each of your blogs to try to mend the broken relationships with everybody. Sorry about that...
SRA, signing off!
