Well here is my experience with each fanboy

PS3 fanboy: when they have some idea on their mind there is nothing that can changed that, and with this gen kind of rocky path of the PS3 they have been pretty tight and positive...VERY positive, if you don't say anything negative about the PS3 you are welcomed in their domain, but yes there are some crazy extremists but not so much as regular ones, by FAR their primary characteristic is a constant state of being EXTREMLY positive about any bad new about the PS3----------------------------- 360 fanboy: the 1 pest I detest, contrary to the PS3 fanboy that stay contained, the 360 fanboy is like a cancer that likes to infect places that have NOTHING to do with the 360...like everything that has to do with PS3 that is why PS3 new on GS have more comments from 360 fanboys that PS3 fans in general and contrary to the PS3 fans you find more extremists than regular ones, and the worst contrary to the PS3 fanboy brotherhood, the 360 fanboy will attack its own kind, that is why when I go to the 360 forums I watch my words cuz ANYTHING I can say could be used against me for no reason other that apparently I am not part of the faith...or some crazy thing, by FAR their primary characteristic is a constant state of denial about ANYTHING wrong with the 360----------------------- Wii fanboy: lives in a little bubble outside the fight between the PS3 and 360 fanboys, maybe too far away in some kind of dream land to the point some of the Wii fanboys comments don't make a lot of sense, and the most bizarre is that PS3 and 360 fanboys know what levers to pull from each other but Wii fanboy have no clue which to pull from PS3 or 360 owners to the point that their rare trolling attempts are simply hilarious cuz how out of their minds they sound, by FAR their primary characteristic is a constant state of delusion about how bad games are actually VERY good and VERY revolutionary

The fanboys and bashing of consoles is annoying. Each system has it's flaws and attractions and each person has their own preference.

Yeah, Charlie did get it right! PS3 fanboys are super positive, all they say is "Wait for this game (MGS4, Heavenly Sword, whatever is a PS3 exclusive) and it will blow everything else away and make the PS3 king!". Of course, in the end, it doesn't end up being the best game ever and they just keep saying "wait for" which gets real annoying. Yeah, they are positive about the PS3 TOO much.

I agree, Xbox 360 fanboys go EVERYWHERE. Wii articles, PS3 articles, and continuously like to bash both those other consoles in news articles that talk about them but at the same time, never look at the faults of their own precious console. Unfortunately, ignorance is bliss.

Yeah, most Wii fanboys usually don't make sense, it's like they've been living under a rock for the last few months and just don't have any clue what they're saying. I mean, it's OK with me if you're a little uninformed but try making an EXTREMELY NEGATIVE comment about another console while being uninformed makes you look stupid. I used to be a Wii fanboy before, thank goodness I changed, my logical deduction went down by 60% back in those days.

Could be an economic reason for being a fanboi/girl... i.e. mom & dad can only afford to buy them ONE console, so they have to pick one, and so they have to justify to themselves why they picked it
