I've never read a comic book before but i thought they were pretty cool so i bought them for a combined total of around £4.

Hi guys,

As you may or may not have noticed, i've done very little in terms of blogging mainly due to me getting Metal Gear Solid 4. I decided to raid my savings and get the 2 o'clock bus into town, bought it and played it as soon as i got back and it was worth every bit of it.

Everything about the game is just superb. The graphics, the gameplay, the cutscenes; the only thing i could put wrong about it is the frequent loading times and installation time after each act, but most are fairly short so really don't matter that much. I'm currently on my second play through after finishing the game last night and i'm still enjoying it as much as i did on the first play through.

By buying Metal Gear Solid 4, i've slowly developed a backlog of games to play. I've still got to complete Devil May Cry 4, GTA IV, Amped 3 and get some more achievements in Lego Star Wars but now that i've finished school i should have a lot more time to play them.

I also got a PM stating i got a new emblem: Which i guess is pretty awesome considering i do enjoy reviewing games and will continue to do so. Thanks to all the people who read my reviews and have recommended them.

Now that i only have 2 more exams left, i've had a lot more time to come onto Gamespot. Not much has been going on except revision.

Grand Theft Goto

Yep, i fell to temptation and bought GTA IV on release day (well actually i had it on pre-order ). I've not had much time to play it and i'm not too far in. I've just moved to the safehouse in Bohan (i think that's it) so that can give you a vague outline of where i am. It really is an excellent game and so far the story has already sucked me in.

Indiana Jones

I went to see this on Friday and while i want to say it was a great film, i thought it was mediocre at best. There are some pretty rediculous moments which i'm sure everyone who has seen it can relate to but i can't say i would demand my money back after seeing it. I could handle spirits, a living First Crusader Knight and a cult leader who can bare-handedly dig a man's heart out of his chesti the previous, but to me, turning it into ET just sems like George Lucas ran out of ideas.

Football Season

The football league i follow have also finished. Overall it was a pretty good year - Celtic won the SPL, Man Utd won the Premier Legue and Champions league. The Champions League was on the night before my Geography exam but when i should of been revising, i was engrosed in the game. At least if i fail geography, i'll know it was worth it to watch John Terry slip.

Other than that nothing else has been going on. I'm looking to get a new job now that i've finished school forever to fill in all the spare time i'll have, or just working more days at my local charity shop. Who knows.
