Why does my account say level 00?

After checking my account today, I noticed that all my game reviews are gone! I wrote 4 reviews and they're gone! Did this happen to anyone else?

Guess what?? I finally own all 3 Halo novels: The Fall of Reach,
The Flood, and First Strike!!
, and The Art of Halo Sooo happy!
My aunt bought them for me for a total of $60! (Of course, I have to
pay her back, but it makes sense). Now, the only things missing are the
actual Halo 2 game (I still need an Xbox) and both Halo
soundtracks 1 and 2. The soundtracks, I think my parents won't mind,
but for the Xbox and Halo 2, um....they won't let me get them (*bangs
head against the wall). I guess I have to wait a few years, when I get
a job and earn money to buy them on my own; I hope they're still in
stores by then, or I can get the Xbox 360 and play it (if it is backwards compatible-I sure hope it is *crosses fingers).

ShadowRealm2FX must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could ShadowRealm2FX possibly have for not rating a single film?
