You know there was a time that all I could do was think about video games. Infact most my family called it my drug of choice. I've always been a peculiar one to my family. Most of them for that matter are either gangsters/ ex-gangsters who love to drink and get high. I've never been into "low-riders". I've never been into the whole "brown and proud" thing/ (I'm not ashamed to be hispanic) I was never big into fights, and I never cared if I was popular in school. I do have to admit though that my artwork did raise alot of eyebrows. ( http://deviantart.com/sendmn23 ) while I was in school. In my family I was the odd one. Most my good friends are white. In my family if I think about it none of them have white, or black friends. I don't know why I've always gotten along with White people more than my own kind. When I was a kid growing up I was huge into comic books, graphic novels, and yes books too. I've always been into video games and movies, more than anything else.....

Since I got married I've noticed I've found it really hard to get into a game. I can't seem to escape into a game withouth having my wife wanting me to take part in something..... Its really starting to get on my nerves, but I Love her none the less. I really don't know whats going on with me...

I still have to finish playing Grand Theft Auto 4, Oblivion, Dead Space, Silent Hill 5, Fallout 3, Resident Evil 5, Prince of Persia, Killzone 2, Final Fantasy: Tactics advance (psp), Metal Gear Solid portable ops..... I just can't seem to escape into a game like I used too.... I remember I could just spend an entire week playing a game and just relishing everything about it. I mean I used to get so damn excited about a games release that I could barely contain it.... now, Now I get the game and I leave it in plastic for at least a week before I boot it up.... Is it me? I mean could I be Jaded with games now a days? I mean the only real escape I get is Halo 3, and thats only for short intervals.... whats the deal?

I mean for a while there I would Play Final Fantasy x ever three months. I would go through all of my Resident Evil games at least once a year..... I would play games I havent played in a while... now I can't even play the new games I get... I think its just me don't you?
