When I first played Halo I thought it was a good game. I thought it had some really good potential. At the time I bought the big bulky black ex-box I needed a game to buy for it. Well I played Halo, and it was good. I did'nt play it to completion. heck come to think of it I think I played the first two levels and that was it. I thought it was cool though. At the time I was'nt into f.p.s. type games (first person shooters). Infact you could say I was totaly against them. I bought the X-box to play Shenmue 2. It was a pretty innovative game for its time. It really had alot of ideas which a lot of Game developers seem to have fleshed out since waaay back then. Yu Sazuki is a man that in my opinion is right up there with Hideo Kojima, and Shigeru Miyamoto. Either way I think I've gotten away from the subject at hand.

Halo2.... I borrowed a copy from my 2nd cousin who is about the biggest halo fan I've ever known, I wanted to see what the big deal was. Well after "Return to sender" mission I was hooked! I got so immersed into the world of Halo that thats all I wanted to do for a long while was just play Halo over and over again. I remember what I thought when I saw a bunch of excited people walking in to buy groceries late at night 'because they were going to get down on Halo 2. I thought they were a bunch of geeks with no life. (saying that I want you to know I'm a big fan of Final Fantasy, olbivion, games which require alot of time.)

three years later I was in line waiting for Halo 3. I even scheduled my two week vacation from work just so I could play Halo 3 without having any form of interruptions. From the get go I started on Legendary. I loved everything about that game! Every single little thing. I do have my gripes, but they're not that big in comparison to the big picture. I played it from when I woke up to when I went to sleep. It took me about six months to play Halo 3 on live., I was hooked! lol! if thats even possible. I played it more than when I went on vacation. I showed up to work often more tired bacause I only had three hours of sleep in two days. It got so bad that for a while there I had to sleep all day after a week. I was just so tired.

I love Halo 3. Its hard for me to go out and buy a new game at all. Even when I boot up the new game (be what ever it might be.) I find myself wishing that I was playing Halo 3. I have'nt even finished Silent Hill 5, Dead Space, Grand Theft auto 4, (I just barely finished playing Fable 2.) When a game gets so good its hard to replace it.

I think that part of it might be is that this year I got married, and I bought a house. I notice its a lot tougher for me to get lost in a game with all the damn interruptions I get all day. When i play Halo 3 on live its only for 1o minutes at a time. I love Halo... I hope they make another aside from Halo 3 :Recon. I miss master Chief already.

I really loved the quality of preduction in that game and the technicall side of the adventure however I personally found it tedious in parts and too highly rated, but that more likely due to my gaming ways I play a game solid for easily 20 hours in one go and I bored of halo in that sence... the 1st and 3rd but I see why you'd love it. I'm a metroid prime guy so you can tell moraly halo shan't please me easilly I don't mean to mock but I almost find it ashame that no-ones comented on you're blog posts despite the effort you've put in... so I though I'd have to post and make it a decent post
