Why so suddenly Katara feel romantic love for Aang, is it because Aang is the Hero of the war than so Katara should give "the happiness" to Aang as a reward? cos for almost 3 season Katara always made statement that she love Aang in Brotherly way. I like Katara end up with Aang, but it's should be development relationship between Aang and Katara (maybe just one moment when katara think about what going on between Aang and herself).
And also for Zuko and Mai, even this is better than Katara and Aang but still this relationship so disconnect. When Zuko return to the palace, why he is not searching for Mai? and Zuko look so surprise to see Mai again cos he thought that Mai still in Jail. So if you in love with some one than you will give your full attention to that person. I feel that Zuko end up with Mai just to make balance that Aang can end up with Katara.
And the worst parts is when the Creator wants the ending Katara with Aang and Zuko with Mai, why there are development relationship between Zuko and Katara. Why Zuko has to be wake up all night in front of Katara tent. And why there is a moment when Zuko has to give his life for Katara? why not when Zuko give his life for Mai in Boiling Rock...

I've always said that if they developed Katara in Kataang i would be happy. Im a Zutarian, but always knew it wouldnt happen; though despite this, BLO*DY HELL the number of times it seemed they were about to kiss in last couple of eps haha 
especially after the healing.
Now i loved this finales, i really did, but upon reviewing it afterwards one of my faults i had was the rush of the two LEAD main character's relationships.
They had 3 SEASONS to work on Katara's feelings for Aang, and for the vast majority of it she has only thought of him as a brother. Its funny but i actually predicted ALOT of this Season, one of which was that DOBS kiss would eventually lead to Katara having to reconsider her feelings (shown in EMber) though i was bashed by alot of Kataangers at the time who thought they'd be together by nxt ep.
With Ember having Occured and fullfilling this prediction (including Aang catching a Zutara moment which would spur him; THE PLAY 
) I thought Aang would disappear and reconsider his feelings (partly happened in Finale). THis would have replaced to LION-turtle ex deus with Aang opening his 7th Chakra, but thats for another time
With Aang absent, Katara would have to face life without Aang and realise how deep her feelings are. I THOUGHT this was about to happen at the end; they'd hug and hold hands like what we saw (very beautiful moment). but BAM they kiss!?!? i accepted this when i saw the ep, but looking back on it im life WTF. Where did that come from. We needed more developement in the finale (yes i thought needed to be longer) showing her considering her feelings. BUt nope didnt happen.
Maiko/Maizu-
I DESPISED this relationship for most of the first half of season 3. NO developement (on screen) to it apart from a blush (another one sided sign with a ship ) from child-Mai. Add that Mai had nooooo developement through S3 and had me going "im bored" with her. This continued with her in S3, with her ONLY being partially redeemed in NM&DDs, which i still think was cut out of the Headband and would have been better there. Zuko had been shocked at learning his ancestry YET was fine in NM&DDs.
It was Boiling Rock that had me accept Maizu (though perfer Zutara a hundred fold) where she properly expressed herself and showed positive traits. But the Zuko in this episode showed how disconnected he was from Mai (way too different these two), and i thought it WOULD have been a good end. I liked Mai in the Finale; she was caring, strong and funny in just ONE scene- why wasnt this done in S2?
Just some thoughts. I seriously feel on the floor laughing with the Zutoph moment and missed seeing a adventure between those two (again needed more time). I loved Zuko's blush and Tophs smile and i also would have loved these two together IN the future (just keep the hints, but not showing definitely in show- adults fine, but too big a gap for kids)

Im sorry for not posting anymore guys thou im prob forgoten like so many who feel of the golden path. BUt i have had some great couple of months. Had a relationship, got dumped but made new great friends and now theirs another gf on the horizon .
Well the book came out. This is prob one of the dumbest moves EVER done! its like one of those craa*pfest (sorry to those that like them) Harry Potter movies coming out before the book. Luckily i havent read it, though prob with being on a forum is WAAAY to much temptation. SO of course with a snipit here and the kinda obvious direction the creators will take i know the jist of the story. Never mind, im sure it'll be good. Thou i have heard negative reviews of the book being unfullfilling and leaving way too much hanging THEY BETTER NOT SCREW UP KATAANG DAM IT!!!
NO i havent converted. I still perfer Zutara, but like i have always said, i knew it was going to be a great friendship (maybe brotherly) but not anything more. However i do enjoy Kataang, but with the one vital flaw to this relationship
KATARA! this better not be rushed! i mean it! Im still completely unsatisfied by her end of the relationship and the creators still have not given it enough work. Now like Zutara i saw this coming. I was attacked by numerous Kataangers (though awesome ones like Spacerac making up for them) when i said it wouldnt happen to the end and Katara doesnt feel the same about Aang yet. DOBS came and went, and some Kataangers still felt that she was obviously in love with him and they'd be dating. WAT came, and with NO HINT of her loving him more than as a brother, they latched to Zutara (friendship) developement and said that despite protecting Aang before it suddenly met she loved him. And they say we make leaps of logic.

I made a prediction AGES ago, prob on my blog, that Aang would leave on his own and that Katara would start to face her feelings for him. From snipits i'v heard about the Book it seems im right again LOL.
Now i said that this may actually be causd by Aang seeing Zuko and Katara getting closer; either misjudging a scene of their new really strong friendship or them caught up in the emotion of a moment and getting close. THIS would cause Katara to consider her feelings for Aang and how stong they now run, and prehaps this would cause her to make "the choice" noted in the magazine.
HOWEVER ive heard that it may be caused by Aang trying to protect friends by facing Ozai alone; this may or may not connect with one of my options that the creators could do to develope Katar and Zuko

but i think you made the point yourself- Aang put the past behind him and enjoys he's current life. Also the point about Zuko only having dealt with this for 3 years isnt completely true- he has had issues with his father for years and never got accepted by him, instead he got his love from his mother who he then lost. Even if we dont count the probs of these earlier years it atleast adds 2 or 3 years of living only with his A-hole father and munipulative sister.You then top that by being physically assualted and bannished by your own father. To top that off he then was marked a traitor by him and all possibility of going home removed.
Zuko however has struggled for years with no one but his Uncle until now. He couldnt even appreciate that till too late due to having been so scared by family.
Aang on other hand had 12 happy years of friends and family. Even after he was frozen and discoverd airbenders dead (im not underestimating impact this was, it was huge) he met new ppl and formed a new family. Of the two id think Zuko would probably need more of break and a happy ending than Aang, who does of course deserve one
OMG ZUKO IS AWESOME!!! i love how this character have evolved not just emotionally throughout the show, but hes actual fighting ****and power! i think its def' one of the greatest achievements of the show how natural they have made it. First time he fought Azula she kicked his ass and this time i swear it was if Zuko was going easy on her the way he was deflecting and dissapating her attacks without using fire (like Iroh when Zuko first fought Zhao)The zuko/sokka interaction in this episode ALONE made it one of the best ever

I thought that it should have STARTED like in NM&DDs with Mai improving, waaay too late im my opion. But like NM&DDs this episode help to relieve soooo much of my hate on Mai
she really was good in this episode, and i felt it was a good possible conclusion to Maiko (if it is the end).I thought Azula Jet-pack was alllittle weird and should have been more like in CROD when she rocked towards Aang in final fight.
OMG i someone earlier said- are there radioactive spiders in BR, because WTF Suki
i thought it was awesome, but maaaybe a little much. I would have liked a line like *to shocked look from Sokka* "i've been working out, not much else do in prison " and i would have been a little better with it. Still awesome but .Once again, ZUKO ROCKS

Well it could still happen yes. And id be oookaaay with it now. BUT i do think it was done in a very conclusive manner (umm is that word
) where they did wrap up alot of their story. ZUko didnt deny breaking up with Mai, saying he didnt want to hurt her and his destiny/mission/duty to heal world is more important. And in words of Mai- "im saving the jerk who dumped me"Again i maintain my stance that Zutara will end up being strong (!!!) friendship, and i'll be good with it (i still perfer it though
) and i do like Kataang. Im looking forward to the Zuko and katara bonding
