I just checked the standings for that contest that I don't give a rat's ass about (due to the people repeatedly sending me Street Fighter IV and Sonic Unleashed-related updates even though Ryu and Sonic are already out) and it turns out Cloud got put out already. Of course, Link's still going to win, but at least you got rid of one of them, unlike GameFAQs.

Also, a whole bunch of the SSFIV rumors have been disproved, thanks to no arcade release (I think that Ono's BSing, but...) and the appearance of pre-selected Ultra Combos. The rumors I posted last blog were a compilation of many different folks' rumors IIRC, which means that some things might be true (I betting most, if not all of the rumored characters will make it in).

Macross Ultimate Frontier releases today, so we'll have another Random Variable Fighter. In this case, it's the Valkyrie II from the black sheep of the Macross franchise, Macross II.
