Back again for awhile...

Summer Gym and Summer Honors Week are both over. School doesn't start until September 4th. So guess what that means? August to myself! :3

Unfortunately, no Dragon*Con. D: But my friend did check the club that all those metal bands are playing at through August/September/October and we can get into those so long as we have a parent with us. We still need to decide which concert to go to though and then get tickets. We'll be doing that within the week.

And Persona 3 got delayed until August 14th due to the artbook having shoddy binding. Atlus can't ship it without the artbook because then the packaging will collapse and damage the game. Hopefully there won't be a freaking line when I go in to get it. From my understanding, there's some high-profile game coming out on 14th as well?

...I just forgot about this lovely successor to the site I lost my forum virginity to for awhile.

I had to have one of my kitties put to sleep a couple weeks ago. We found out that he had liver failure over Easter break. Kept him alive for a couple weeks, realized that he wouldn't get better, and just decided that it was time.

I got into the summer honors program over at the local college. Morning class for sociology/psychology centered around teens and afternoon class for learning how to create electronic music. I didn't get into Greek mythology like I wanted to though.

Music-related stuff... Sonata Arctica, Epica, After Forever, and Nightwish are all going to play at the same club in Cleveland in August/September/October (I forget the exact dates). The only thing that will stop me from going is that fact that I'm pretty sure that its a 18+ club even on concert nights. D: To make up for this, I'm going to see if I can go to Dragon*Con in Atlanta, GA over Labor Day weekend to see The Crüxshadows. That will furfill my desire to see at least one concert this year (given that I haven't seen an actual concert since I was seven).

Lastly, my friend, 'lo and behold, got me addicted to Gaia Online of all sites. >.>

Finished reading the first part of Goethe's 'Faust'. I loved it so much.  Still reading R&J in English though... I'm on the borderline of hating it and being okay with it. The hate is winning.

Almost done in the Song of Nephilim in Xenosaga I. Just have that one last boss to go and then I'll be done with that place and onto the final area. I think Albedo may overtake Kuja as my favorite video game villain soon though. He's just that...cool. :3
