Okay here is a quick post on where things stand on the console decision: I was leaning 75% towards PS3 until this Monday ~ Microsoft did a great job of persuading me that I just need a 360 elite ~ Then Tuesday all Sony did was convince me I can wait til next year to get a PS3 (GOW 3 looks awesome btw) ~ So unless I change my mind yet again(which could happen, lol) I'm planning on getting a 360 when my delayed tax check finally gets here or next paycheck whatever comes first 
~ Thank you everyone for your input in comments & pms ~ I have had a lot more people from my friends in Dallas to friends online telling me PS3 and I know I will get crap from a lot of them but oh well ~ I will get a PS3 just it will be about six months out
not like I can't play on my friends consoles until then ~ I wish I could just get both

~ I haven’t been on here much ~ I have had a lot going on lately during the day, at work & when I’m at home I usually play more than I browse on the net ~I think I will be happy with either console too but 360 I’m more pumped about (this week) ~ I so wish I could win the lotto or something LOL ~
There really are no problems with either...but if someone told me which to get, 360 is my choice solely on price and the online capibilities.
To me, the PS3 is a great system, if you're already 100% dedicated to buying the system. If you have the system, there are great games. But if you don't and you need convincing, there really isn't much there to justify the $400 or $500 price tag. Hope to hear more from you soon

Which ever console you pick, I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy it very much. Maybe you can hit the jackpot, and just buy both and be done with it.
