THE BATTLE IS UPON US! THE BATTLE FOR A GENERATION IS HERE!

today the current (adult) bible beliveing christans in the US is 25%. 25% thats low, and look how bad the US is right now, dont think about it as a whole but indiually. (billboards, posters, music, TV {thats a big one}, Computer/internet {another big one}, i could go on.)

with the current evangilism the next geration (the teens now) that percent will only be 4!! 4% thats terrible. Think about it now with 25%, now lets think about it with only 4%! thats scarry. even if you dont live in the US the US has a big effect on the world.

so Battlecry is the battle for a generation, its a big rally all across the US in several place trying to get that percent up, its not just for youth and teens its for ANYBODY that cares about our future OR our youth. I am going there and i wanted to let you all know that this is happening and even if you cant make it to one of the rally's now you know, you can tell your church pastor, your youth leader, or even just tell your self, even if your not spirtually active (i suggest you try to know God, there will be wonders in your lifes) you can still do something to stop this.

The battle is here, theres no way around it, what we do now will change our future FOREVER! (battlecry.com)

Thank you and God bless!

I am having a hard time with the 1 in 4 adults believing in the Bible or believing in God, statistic. Where does that number come from? It seems to me more people than ever before are going to church and are admitting they are believers. BTW - I am totally prepared to be wrong on this...My experience is possibly skewed due to my personal experience but I really think the number of believers has to be higher.

I do think it is important to express your beliefs so that non believers: atheists and agnostics, will be encouraged to rethink their positions on the matter. I am disturbed by the increased coverage of satanic cults and I think those who accept those beliefs also need to be encouraged to discuss that choice.

I am also a firm believer in letting other religions alone...even Hindus and Buddhists! Too many wars and conflicts and TOO MANY DEATHS are related to intolerance of the personal religious beliefs of others. EVEN the Mormons (I consider that a newly "discovered" religion and it has only lost its cult status due to the wealth of the church and the length of time it has existed) But they get to have their beliefs too and they do a great deal of wonderful charity work.

Did you know that you can't really quit the Mormon church? You can be excommunicated but if you leave the church your name will not be removed from the church roles...no matter how many times you ask. Just a side note, not a complaint.
